Every marriage has a story worth preserving
She read it seven times. The next night, we were in the emergency room. She thought she might need surgery. While she waited, she opened it again. She told me, "It calmed me down."
That's when I realized I hadn't built a website. I'd built a place she wanted to return to.
I kept thinking about that night for weeks afterward. If one page could do that for one person, on one of the worst nights of the year, what would it mean to build this properly — for someone else's marriage, not just mine?
This isn't a website company, and it isn't trying to be the cheapest, fastest, or most technical option out there. It's not a photo book, and it's not a card you sign once and put in a drawer.
Written & Kept exists in the space between the gifts that fade and the memories that never get written down at all. We're not selling a product feature. We're selling the feeling of being truly seen by the person you married.
Every story is written once, on purpose, by a person — never assembled from a template with your names dropped in.
Your story lives on a private link. It's never indexed, never searchable, and never shared or sold. The only people who ever see it are the people you choose to send it to — that's the whole rule, and we don't make exceptions to it.
